TB Glenn brings extensive construction expertise from both custom home construction and large-scale production home building, with years of experience managing residential projects from concept through completion. His background provides a unique understanding of both high-end craftsmanship and the systems required to consistently deliver projects on time and to an exceptional standard.

As Chief Operating Officer, TB oversees all construction operations, including project planning, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, quality control, and field execution. His attention to detail, practical problem-solving, and commitment to quality ensure every renovation is completed efficiently without compromising craftsmanship.
